Medline

The Medline database is distributed in XML format and sample files can be accessed here. Information on how to download all of Medline is posted here. In a given Medline entry medMatch searches the following five fields:

1. ArticleTitle
2. AbstractText
3. NameOfSubstance
4. DescriptorName
5. QualifierName
