Workshop Mind the Gap 2010: Joining Theoretical and Empirical
Population Genetics
Population genetics provides a rich theoretical framework that links
genes to adaptation. Detection of these links is facilitated by close
collaborations between empiricists and theoreticians. Yet, there is
currently no regular forum in Germany where members of these two
communities can meet and exchange ideas. The aim of this second annual
workshop is therefore to
to establish lively interactions between European empiricists and
theoreticians who work on population-wide effects of natural
selection. A website describing the first workshop in this series can
be accessed
