The program hitchhiking is designed to simulate the following exact and
approximate models of selective sweeps:
- a Wright-Fisher model including selection and recombination;
- a model using a deterministic logistic growth curve;
- a model using a Yule process;
- a star-like approximation of the genealogy under a selective sweep.
